Sydney Jazz Band

Nothing will make you and your guests feel like dancing more than having a live band and fabulous singer at your wedding reception playing your favourite wedding songs. There is a reason that DJ's come free with most Sydney Wedding Reception packages. Do yourself and your guests a favour. Upgrade. A DJ is cheaper but live music is better. Book a wedding band! Top 40 covers and party music, soul, funk, rock, jazz and the classics – Nothing beats live music.

Do you have a favourite song? If it's not on our music list we will learn it for you. However many emails or phone calls it takes, our commitment is to work with you to get the music exactly right.

Typically we perform softer jazz and light pop during pre-dinner drinks and dinner, acting more as background mood music. Then once the cake is cut and the first dance begun, the band can perform all the funk, pop and rock classics as well as killer new music. This way the music appeals to the young… and the not so young. Have a look at our popular wedding song list.

We take our experience producing concerts at the Sydney Opera House with famous bands and the Sydney Symphony Orchestra and wrap it all up into an amazing night of music entertainment at your wedding. We play your favourite music with a live band and a real orchestra. We never use backing tracks. The recordings on this page are ours and they are real. Our covers band ranges in size from a 3 piece to an 8 piece band. Starting from $1990 for live music at your entire wedding ceremony and wedding reception - we are perfect for any wedding. Small to Large.

The band configuration will be customised to suit your budget and the tone of your wedding reception. You should consider the number of guests at your reception. As a rule of thumb, the larger the wedding – the more musicians you will need so that the band is not swallowed up on the dance floor. The bigger the band, the better we sound.
